Tour Plan

Day 1. Arrival Cairo

Welcome to Cairo! Your tour begins with a warm greeting from our representative, who will assist you with immigration and customs formalities. After collecting your luggage, you will be escorted to your hotel in our deluxe vehicle for an overnight stay in Cairo.

Day 2. Exploring the Great Pyramids of Giza, Sakkara & Memphis

Start your day with a visit to the Giza Plateau, home to the Great Pyramids of Giza—Cheops, Mycerinus, and Chephren—constructed during the Fourth Dynasty (circa 2690 BC) and the last surviving wonder of the Ancient World. Explore the interior of one of these legendary structures (extra ticket required) and admire the massive stones used in their construction. Continue to the Great Sphinx, with the pyramids as its backdrop, a timeless scene that has inspired adventurers for centuries. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before heading to Sakkara, located 27 km southwest of Cairo. Visit the Step Pyramid of King Zoser, the first stone structure in history, designed by the genius Vizier Imhotep, marking a critical evolution in pyramid construction. Conclude the day with a visit to Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt dating back to 3100 BC, to see the colossal statue of Ramses II and the Alabaster Sphinx.

Day 3. Discover the Hidden Gem of Cairo - The Grand Egyptian Museum & Coptic Cairo

Start your day with a visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), home to the treasures of King Tutankhamun and thousands of rare artifacts, located near the Giza Pyramids. After the tour, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, explore Old Cairo (Coptic Cairo), where you’ll visit historical landmarks such as the Hanging Church, the Saints Sergius Church with its Holy Family Crypt, and the Ben Ezra Synagogue (under restoration).

End your day with a stroll through the bustling Khan El Khalili Bazaar.

Day 4. Cruising the Nile from Luxor to Aswan 4 Nights Cruise

After breakfast, transfer to Cairo Airport for your 1-hour flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, meet your Egyptologist guide and begin exploring Luxor, the world’s largest open-air museum. Visit the magnificent Karnak Temple, a grand complex dedicated to the gods, with impressive walls, obelisks, and a sacred lake. Continue to the Luxor Temple, built by Amenhotep III and expanded by later pharaohs, including Ramses II, with a shrine dedicated to Alexander the Great.

After your tour, check in to your Nile cruise, enjoy lunch on board, and relax for the rest of the day. Dinner will be served on the cruise.

Day 5. The Valley of the Kings & The Temple of Queen Hatshpsut

After breakfast on board, visit the Valley of the Kings, exploring three vividly painted tombs and uncovering the burial rituals of ancient pharaohs. Next, visit Hatshepsut Temple, a unique structure honoring the queen who ruled as a male king for 16 years. Stop at an alabaster factory for souvenirs before heading to the Colossi of Memnon, massive statues of Amenhotep III, ideal for a quick photo stop.

Return to the cruise for lunch, then sail toward Edfu. Relax on the sundeck and enjoy dinner on board.

Day 6. The Temples on the Banks of the Nile - Temples of Edfu & Kom Ombo

Your cruise will reach Edfu, where a horse carriage will take you to the magnificent Temple of Horus, one of Egypt's best-preserved temples. Built in the 2nd century BC, the temple’s towering walls are adorned with giant hieroglyphics and friezes. After your visit, return to the cruise and sail towards Kom Ombo. Enjoy lunch and tea on the sundeck as you approach the Great Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the gods Sobek and Haroeris. Explore the temple and its pharaonic propaganda scenes, and visit the crocodile mummies museum.

Day 7. Exploring the Temples of Abu Simbel & Philae Island

After breakfast on your Nile cruise, you'll travel by private vehicle (3 hours) to the Abu Simbel temples, two of Egypt's most awe-inspiring monuments. These temples were relocated in the 1960s due to the construction of the Aswan High Dam, and were moved 60 meters above their original location with the help of UNESCO. The larger temple is dedicated to Ramses II, and the smaller one to his wife, Queen Nefertari. 

The impressive façade of Ramses II’s temple features four colossal seated statues of him. Twice a year, the sun shines through the temple’s entrance and illuminates statues of four gods at the end of the cave. After the visit, return to Aswan for lunch on board, followed by a visit to the Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis. Located in a picturesque setting, the temple was also relocated by UNESCO after the Aswan Dam's construction. The temple contains several shrines and sanctuaries.

Day 8. Aswan - Cairo by Flight

After breakfast on the cruise, check out and take your flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel to relax and unwind.

There are no activities planned for today. You’ll be transferred to Cairo Airport for your international flight back home.
