Booking Conditions

Last Updated: 9 August 2026

By submitting a booking request, paying a deposit or balance, accepting a quotation or itinerary, or otherwise confirming travel arrangements with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Booking Conditions on behalf of yourself and all travellers included in your booking.

1. About True Blue Tour

Throughout these Booking Conditions, the terms “True Blue Tour”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the company above. The terms “you”, “traveller”, “guest” and “client” refer to the person making the booking and, where applicable, all persons included in that booking.

2. Scope of These Booking Conditions

These Booking Conditions apply to bookings made directly with True Blue Tour through our website, by email, telephone, messaging platforms, one of our destination specialists or through another authorised sales channel.

Certain tours, accommodations, airlines, cruises, activities or other services may also be subject to additional conditions imposed by the relevant third-party supplier. Where supplier-specific terms apply, they will form part of your booking in addition to these Booking Conditions.

If a special written agreement, quotation or itinerary issued by True Blue Tour contains conditions that differ from these general Booking Conditions, the specific conditions stated in that document will apply to the relevant booking.

3. Making a Booking

A request for information, itinerary proposal or quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking. Your booking becomes confirmed only when:

1. We receive the required deposit or full payment, as applicable;
2. We confirm availability with the relevant suppliers where required; and
3. True Blue Tour issues written booking confirmation to you.

Until written confirmation has been issued, all quoted services remain subject to availability and prices may change.

The person making the booking is considered the Lead Traveller and is responsible for ensuring that all information provided to True Blue Tour is accurate and complete. The Lead Traveller also confirms that they are authorised to accept these Booking Conditions on behalf of every person included in the booking.

4. Traveller Information

You must provide accurate passenger information when requested, including full names exactly as shown on passports, dates of birth, nationality, passport details and any other information necessary for the operation of your journey.

True Blue Tour cannot be held responsible for costs, delays, denied boarding, cancellation or other consequences resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.

If a correction is required after airline tickets, hotel reservations, permits or other services have been issued, supplier amendment or reissue fees may apply. Such costs are the responsibility of the traveller.

5. Prices

Unless otherwise stated, the price shown in your quotation or booking confirmation applies only to the services specifically listed as included.

Tour prices may include accommodation, ground transportation, guides, entrance fees, meals, domestic transportation or other services depending on the itinerary. Items not expressly identified as included should be considered excluded.

International flights, travel insurance, visas, passport costs, personal expenses, gratuities, optional excursions, meals not specified in the itinerary and other personal expenses are normally excluded unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Price Changes Before Booking

Prices displayed on our website or included in an initial proposal may change before your booking is confirmed due to supplier availability, exchange-rate movements, transportation costs, taxes, government charges or changes requested by the traveller.

The final price applicable to your booking will be the price shown on the booking confirmation or final invoice issued by True Blue Tour.

7. Deposits and Payment

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The required amount and payment deadline will be specified in your quotation, invoice or booking confirmation.

Certain services may require a higher deposit or immediate full payment. These may include airline tickets, cruises, special accommodation, holiday-period bookings, permits, private charters, non-refundable hotel reservations or other services subject to strict supplier conditions.

The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline specified in your booking confirmation or invoice.

If payment is not received by the specified deadline, True Blue Tour reserves the right to treat your booking as cancelled. Applicable cancellation charges may then apply.

8. Payment Methods and Transaction Charges

Available payment methods may include credit or debit card, bank transfer, online payment services or other methods communicated by True Blue Tour.

You are responsible for ensuring that True Blue Tour receives the full amount shown on the invoice. Any bank fees, international transfer charges, currency conversion fees or other payment-provider charges are normally the responsibility of the traveller unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where a payment is processed in a currency different from the currency of your card or bank account, your financial institution may apply its own exchange rate and fees. True Blue Tour has no control over those charges.

9. Flexible Payment Plans

Where True Blue Tour offers a payment plan for a particular booking, the payment schedule and individual instalment deadlines will be stated in writing.

Failure to make an instalment by the required date may result in cancellation of the booking and application of the relevant cancellation conditions.

A payment plan does not alter the cancellation conditions applicable to the booking unless expressly confirmed by us in writing.

10. Booking Confirmation and Documents

Once your booking is confirmed, you must review the confirmation, invoice, itinerary and other travel documents carefully.

Please notify us promptly if any information is incorrect, including traveller names, travel dates, room arrangements, services or other booking details.

Failure to identify an error promptly may result in additional amendment charges or may make correction impossible.

11. Changes Requested by You

If you wish to change your confirmed booking, please contact True Blue Tour as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes; however, changes are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

You will be responsible for any:

price difference resulting from the change;
amendment fee charged by a supplier;
cancellation charge for services that cannot be changed; and
reasonable administrative costs associated with arranging the amendment.

Changing a travel date, destination, traveller name, accommodation or significant part of the itinerary may in some circumstances be treated as cancellation of the original booking and creation of a new booking.

12. Cancellation by You

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify True Blue Tour in writing. Cancellation will take effect on the date that we receive your written cancellation notice.

Cancellation charges depend on the type of booking, time remaining before departure and cancellation policies imposed by hotels, airlines, transportation providers, guides, cruise operators and other suppliers.

Unless different cancellation conditions are stated in your quotation or booking confirmation, the following general conditions may be applied to land arrangements:

More than 60 days before departure: Deposit and any non-refundable supplier costs may be retained.
31–60 days before departure: Up to 50% of the total booking value may be charged.
15–30 days before departure: Up to 75% of the total booking value may be charged.
14 days or less before departure: Up to 100% of the total booking value may be charged.

These percentages are general conditions only. If your confirmed booking contains different or more restrictive cancellation terms, the conditions stated in your booking confirmation will take precedence.

13. Non-Refundable Services

Certain components may be non-refundable from the time they are booked. Examples may include:

airline tickets;
rail tickets;
special-event tickets;
permits and admission tickets;
cruises and private charters;
selected accommodation rates;
holiday and peak-season reservations; and
services specifically identified as non-refundable.

Any supplier charges already incurred on your behalf may be deducted from any refund otherwise due.

14. No-Shows and Unused Services

No refund will normally be available if you fail to arrive for a confirmed service, arrive too late to participate, voluntarily leave a tour after it has started or choose not to use accommodation, transportation, meals, activities or other services included in your booking.

If you miss a transfer, flight, activity or other service because of your own delay, you will be responsible for any additional arrangements and associated costs.

15. Changes or Cancellation by True Blue Tour

Travel arrangements may occasionally need to be amended because of operational circumstances, supplier changes, local conditions, weather, transportation schedules, government actions or events outside our control.

True Blue Tour reserves the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries, accommodation, transportation, guides, routes, activities or departure times where necessary.

Where a significant change occurs before departure, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and, where appropriate, offer a suitable alternative.

If we are unable to provide a significant part of your confirmed booking and no reasonable alternative can be offered, any refund will be determined according to the circumstances, services already provided, supplier refunds received and applicable law.

16. Minimum Group Size

Certain small-group journeys may require a minimum number of participants.

If the minimum number is not reached, True Blue Tour may cancel the departure, offer an alternative departure date, propose an alternative itinerary or offer another available option.

Any minimum-participant requirement applicable to a tour may be stated on the tour page, quotation or booking confirmation.

17. Force Majeure and Extraordinary Circumstances

True Blue Tour is not responsible for failure to perform, interruption, delay or modification of travel arrangements caused by extraordinary events outside our reasonable control.

These circumstances may include, without limitation:

war, threat of war or civil unrest;
terrorism or security incidents;
border closures;
government actions or travel restrictions;
epidemics, pandemics or public-health emergencies;
earthquakes, floods, fires or other natural disasters;
extreme weather;
strikes or industrial disputes;
airspace closures;
transportation disruption;
utility or infrastructure failure; or
any comparable event beyond our reasonable control.

Where such circumstances occur, we will make reasonable efforts to assist travellers and arrange suitable alternatives where possible. Additional costs resulting from extraordinary circumstances may be payable by the traveller, subject to applicable law and the terms of the relevant suppliers.

18. Passports, Visas and Entry Requirements

It is each traveller's responsibility to hold a valid passport and obtain all visas, permits, vaccinations, entry documents and other travel authorisations required for the destinations included in the itinerary.

Passport validity requirements vary by country. Some destinations require passports to remain valid for a specific period beyond the intended date of departure and may require a minimum number of blank pages.

Visa and entry rules may change without notice. Travellers should verify requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate or official government authority before travel.

True Blue Tour may provide general guidance as a convenience but cannot guarantee entry into any country and is not responsible for loss resulting from a traveller's failure to satisfy immigration, passport, visa or entry requirements.

19. Health, Fitness and Medical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically and physically capable of participating in your chosen journey.

Some tours may include extensive walking, uneven terrain, stairs, high temperatures, altitude, long transportation periods, boat travel or other activities requiring reasonable physical fitness.

If you have a medical condition, disability, mobility requirement, allergy, dietary requirement or other circumstance that may affect your participation, you should inform True Blue Tour before booking or as soon as the condition becomes known.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requirements, but we cannot guarantee that every destination, property, vehicle or activity will be suitable for all travellers.

20. Pregnancy and Medical Conditions

Travellers who are pregnant or have a medical condition that could affect their ability to travel should consult an appropriate medical professional before booking and before departure.

Certain airlines, cruises, activities or transportation providers may impose restrictions or require medical documentation.

True Blue Tour reserves the right, where reasonably necessary for safety, to request confirmation that a traveller is medically fit to participate in a particular activity or journey.

21. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that every traveller obtains comprehensive travel insurance as soon as a booking is made.

Appropriate insurance should, where relevant, include cover for:

trip cancellation and interruption;
emergency medical expenses;
emergency evacuation and repatriation;
baggage and personal belongings;
missed departures and travel delays;
personal liability; and
activities included in your itinerary.

You are responsible for reviewing your insurance policy and ensuring that its coverage is appropriate for your individual circumstances and destination.

22. Flights and Transportation

Where flights or other transportation services are included or arranged on your behalf, they are also subject to the conditions of carriage of the relevant airline, rail operator, ferry operator or transportation company.

Schedules may change without notice. True Blue Tour does not control airline or transportation schedules and cannot guarantee specific departure or arrival times.

Travellers are responsible for arriving at airports, stations, ports, meeting points and other departure locations at the required time.

23. Airport Transfers

Where an airport transfer is included, the transfer is arranged according to the flight information supplied by the traveller.

You must notify us promptly of any flight-number or schedule changes.

Where a flight is delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to adjust the transfer arrangements. However, additional waiting-time or replacement-transfer charges may apply where the delay materially affects the original service.

24. Accommodation

Accommodation is provided according to the category, room type and meal basis stated in your confirmed itinerary.

Hotel classification standards vary between countries and destinations. Any star rating or category should therefore be understood according to local standards.

True Blue Tour may substitute accommodation with another property of a reasonably comparable standard where operationally necessary.

Standard hotel check-in and check-out times apply unless early check-in or late check-out has been specifically confirmed.

25. Rooming Arrangements

Requests for specific room locations, adjoining rooms, bedding configurations, views, floors or other accommodation preferences will be communicated to the property but cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Solo travellers booking shared accommodation may be paired with another traveller where the tour specifically offers a shared-room option.

26. Guides, Activities and Excursions

Guides and activities are arranged according to the confirmed itinerary. The order of visits may be changed where necessary due to local opening hours, weather, transportation conditions, crowd levels, religious observances, official events or other operational reasons.

Some attractions or sites may close unexpectedly or restrict access. Where practical, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative experience of comparable nature or value.

27. Optional Activities

Optional activities not included in your confirmed package may be offered locally by True Blue Tour or independent providers.

Unless the activity is expressly sold and operated by True Blue Tour, participation may create a direct contractual relationship between you and the local provider.

You should assess the suitability and risks of any optional activity before participating.

28. Baggage and Personal Property

You are responsible for your baggage and personal belongings throughout your journey.

Baggage allowances may vary between airlines, domestic flights, trains, boats and other transportation providers. Travellers are responsible for complying with applicable baggage restrictions.

True Blue Tour is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

29. Traveller Conduct

All travellers are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow travellers, guides, drivers, hotel employees, local communities and other service providers.

We may refuse to carry or continue providing services to any traveller whose behaviour, in our reasonable opinion:

threatens the safety or wellbeing of another person;
causes serious disruption to the group;
damages property;
is abusive, threatening or discriminatory;
repeatedly disregards reasonable instructions from guides or suppliers; or
violates applicable law.

Where services are terminated because of serious misconduct, the traveller may not be entitled to a refund and will be responsible for any additional accommodation, transportation or other costs incurred.

30. Responsible Travel

True Blue Tour encourages travellers to respect local cultures, religious practices, communities, heritage sites, wildlife and the natural environment.

Travellers should follow instructions given by local guides regarding appropriate dress, photography, behaviour at religious sites, environmental protection and community interaction.

31. Local Laws and Customs

Travellers must comply with the laws, regulations and customs of each country visited.

True Blue Tour cannot intervene to prevent lawful action by local authorities where a traveller has violated local law.

32. Third-Party Suppliers

True Blue Tour works with hotels, airlines, transportation companies, local guides, restaurants, cruise operators, activity providers and other independent suppliers in order to provide travel services.

Those suppliers may operate under their own terms and conditions and may be subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they operate.

True Blue Tour will exercise reasonable care in selecting and coordinating suppliers but cannot control every act or omission of an independent third party.

33. Our Responsibility

True Blue Tour is responsible for arranging and providing the travel services confirmed as part of your booking with reasonable skill and care.

Our responsibility is subject to applicable law and to the nature of the particular service involved.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from:

the traveller's own act or omission;
the act or omission of an unrelated third party that could not reasonably have been anticipated or avoided;
extraordinary or unavoidable circumstances outside our reasonable control; or
services independently arranged by the traveller.

34. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Booking Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, True Blue Tour is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, loss of income or other purely economic loss arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where international conventions or mandatory laws impose specific limits on liability for transportation, accommodation or other travel services, those limits may apply.

35. Photography and Marketing

Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken during tours, events or activities.

Where images clearly identify an individual and are intended for promotional use, True Blue Tour will handle such use in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

If you do not wish to appear in promotional photographs or videos, please inform your guide or True Blue Tour representative.

36. Personal Data

Personal information supplied in connection with your booking will be processed for purposes including managing your enquiry, arranging travel services, communicating with suppliers, processing payments, providing customer support and complying with legal obligations.

Further information about how we collect, use, store and protect personal information is available in the True Blue Tour Privacy Policy published on our website.

37. Special Requests

If you have a special request relating to meals, room arrangements, accessibility, celebrations or another aspect of your journey, please inform us when booking.

We will communicate reasonable requests to the relevant supplier, but a special request is not guaranteed unless True Blue Tour expressly confirms it in writing.

38. Dietary Requirements and Allergies

Please advise us before travel of any serious food allergy or dietary requirement.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate the information to restaurants, hotels and other suppliers; however, we cannot guarantee allergen-free environments or that every dietary requirement can be accommodated in every destination.

Travellers with severe allergies should take appropriate personal precautions and seek medical advice before travel.

39. Children and Minors

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless a specific travel product expressly provides otherwise.

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors have all documents required to travel, including passports, visas, consent letters or other authorisations that may be required by immigration authorities.

Age restrictions may apply to certain accommodations, activities or transportation services.

40. Accessibility

We aim to assist travellers with accessibility needs wherever reasonably possible.

However, accessibility standards vary significantly between destinations and some historic sites, hotels, transportation services or activities may not be fully accessible.

Please contact us before booking with details of any mobility or accessibility requirements so that we can assess the suitability of the proposed itinerary and available services.

41. Complaints During Your Journey

If a problem occurs during your trip, please notify your True Blue Tour representative, guide or emergency contact as soon as reasonably possible.

Early notification gives us the opportunity to investigate the issue and attempt to resolve it while you are travelling.

If you do not report a problem when it occurs, our ability to investigate or provide an effective remedy may be limited.

42. Complaints After Travel

If a matter cannot be resolved during your journey, please submit your complaint to True Blue Tour in writing and include your booking reference, travel dates and a clear description of the issue.

Supporting documents, photographs or receipts should be included where relevant.

Complaints should be submitted within a reasonable period after completion of the journey so that the circumstances can be properly investigated.

43. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the amount will depend on the circumstances of the booking and any non-refundable costs already incurred with suppliers.

Refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where practicable.

Processing times may vary depending on banks, credit-card networks, payment providers and supplier refund procedures.

44. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment has been charged incorrectly, please contact True Blue Tour first so that we can investigate the matter.

Submitting a chargeback does not automatically cancel contractual obligations or supplier cancellation charges relating to a valid confirmed booking.

We reserve the right to provide booking confirmations, correspondence, invoices, cancellation conditions and service records to payment providers or financial institutions when responding to a payment dispute.

45. Website Information

True Blue Tour makes reasonable efforts to keep tour descriptions, photographs, itineraries, prices and other information on our website accurate.

Travel conditions, hotel facilities, attraction opening hours, transportation schedules and local services may nevertheless change.

Photographs on the website are intended to provide a general representation of destinations, properties and experiences and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every aspect of the actual service will appear exactly as shown.

46. Errors and Omissions

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, typographical, technical or administrative errors.

If an obvious error materially affects a booking, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and provide appropriate options according to the circumstances and applicable law.

47. Communication

Booking-related communications may be sent to the email address, telephone number or messaging account supplied by the Lead Traveller.

The Lead Traveller is responsible for ensuring that contact details remain accurate and for communicating relevant information to other travellers included in the booking.

48. Severability

If any provision of these Booking Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

49. No Waiver

If True Blue Tour does not immediately enforce a provision of these Booking Conditions, this does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision at a later time.

50. Entire Agreement

Your confirmed itinerary, invoice, booking confirmation, these Booking Conditions and any specific written terms supplied for your booking together form the agreement between you and True Blue Tour.

Representations or statements that are not included in these documents will not form part of the booking contract unless expressly agreed by True Blue Tour in writing.

51. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Booking Conditions and bookings made with True Blue Tour are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you under applicable law.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be submitted to the competent courts and authorities in İstanbul, Türkiye, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

52. Changes to These Booking Conditions

True Blue Tour may update these Booking Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operating procedures, supplier arrangements, legislation or regulatory requirements.

The conditions applicable to your booking will generally be those in effect when your booking is confirmed, together with any specific conditions expressly provided in your booking documents.

The latest version of these Booking Conditions will be published on the True Blue Tour website.
