Why This Tour

What sets this journey apart

01

Small Group, Better Experience

With a maximum of 14 travelers, this is designed to feel personal and carefully managed. You travel with the ease of a planned route, the depth of expert guiding, and the atmosphere of a small group rather than a coach tour.

02

Türkiye by Land and Sea

Experience Türkiye from two distinct perspectives. Explore Istanbul, Cappadocia, Ephesus and Pamukkale before boarding a traditional gulet to sail between ancient Lycian harbors, secluded bays and the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean.

03

More Than the Famous Sights

The itinerary goes beyond landmark visits through local meals, artisan workshops, village stays and cultural traditions. These experiences bring you closer to the people and everyday character of the places you visit.

04

Created by Local Experts

True Blue Tour has been operating in Turkey since 2001. This journey reflects years of local knowledge — the routes, timing, hotels, guides, restaurants and regional relationships that make each day work smoothly on the ground.

The Experience

What this journey feels like

This journey reveals Türkiye through changing landscapes and rhythms.

Begin among Istanbul’s imperial monuments and lively bazaars before entering Cappadocia’s sculpted valleys, underground cities and village traditions. Continue west to the Aegean, where Şirince’s hillside lanes lead to the marble streets of Ephesus and the white terraces of Pamukkale. Each destination adds another layer to the story, from ancient civilizations and local craftsmanship to food, hospitality and everyday life.

The final chapter unfolds at sea. Board a traditional gulet and slow the pace as you sail between Kekova, Kaş, Ölüdeniz and secluded Mediterranean bays. Days become shaped by swimming, shared meals, ancient harbors and evenings beneath the stars.

It is a journey that begins with Türkiye’s greatest cultural landmarks and ends with the freedom and simplicity of life on the water.

“The sea, once it casts its spell, holds one in its net of wonder forever.”

- Jacques-Yves Cousteau

Is this journey right for you?

This journey is ideal for travelers who appreciate meaningful cultural experiences, local cuisine, time in nature, and the unique perspective of discovering Türkiye by both land and sea.

A moderate level of mobility is recommended. Touring days include walking through archaeological sites, historic towns, village streets, underground passages, and Cappadocia's valleys, where surfaces can be uneven and stairs are sometimes unavoidable. During the gulet cruise, guests should be comfortable boarding from small tenders or harbor jetties, using short ladders for swimming, and moving around the boat while at anchor.

Accommodation on the gulet is simple, comfortable, and designed for life at sea, with compact en-suite cabins. In return, you'll enjoy exclusive access to secluded bays, hidden beaches, and spectacular coastal landscapes that cannot be reached by road.
