The Experience

What this journey feels like

This journey feels like following a thread through Morocco’s many layers. Atlantic boulevards give way to royal gardens, Roman mosaics, medina courtyards and the workshops of artisans whose skills have been passed through generations.

There is time to understand each place rather than simply arrive and leave: mint tea overlooking Rabat, wine among the hills near Meknes, quiet mornings in a Fes riad and the shifting energy of Marrakech. The journey ends with salt air and whitewashed streets in Essaouira, bringing a lighter, more reflective rhythm to the final chapter.

“Travelling leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller.”

-Ibn Battuta

Before You Book

Good to Know

The suggested route is strong for travelers who want Morocco’s imperial cities and Atlantic coast without including the Sahara. The Fes–Marrakech transfer and the Essaouira–Casablanca day are the two longest parts of the journey and can be redesigned. Medinas are explored primarily on foot and may include uneven paving, steps and limited vehicle access. Traditional riads often have individual room layouts and may not have elevators.

Is this journey right for you?

This journey is suited to travelers who value history, architecture, artisan traditions, elegant accommodation and a balanced mix of private guiding and leisure time.
