Day 1 - Arrival in Istanbul

Welcome to Türkiye!

There are no planned activities today, giving you the perfect chance to settle at your hotel. Stroll through local markets, enjoy your first Turkish tea, or simply relax after your journey. The city's vibrant spirit awaits!

Day 2 - The Best of Istanbul

Start your adventure with a half-day guided walking tour through the heart of the Old City. Visit the historic Hippodrome, visit the stunning Blue Mosque, and learn the fascinating stories surrounding the Hagia Sophia (exterior visit). Your local guide will paint a vivid picture of Istanbul's imperial past and cultural richness. After the tour, enjoy the afternoon at your own pace – whether you’re bargaining in the Grand Bazaar, visiting a museum, or watching the ferries cross the Bosphorus.

Day 3 - Gallipoli Tour

Depart Istanbul early in the morning and journey west to the Gallipoli Peninsula. In the afternoon, join the tour for a powerful and educational exploration of the WWI battlefields. Visit key memorial sites including ANZAC Cove, Lone Pine, Chunuk Bair, and the 57th Regiment Memorial. Hear moving stories of heroism, sacrifice, and camaraderie that shaped the history of this land. Overnight in the coastal town of Çanakkale, where the Dardanelles Strait once witnessed fierce naval battles.

Day 4 - Pergamon & Troy Tour

Depart for the Troy Ancient City in the morning. Step into the legendary world of Helen, Achilles, and the Trojan Horse. Discover the ruins of the ancient city of Troy, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and hear about its mythological and archaeological significance.

In the afternoon continue exploring the grandeur of antiquity with a journey to Pergamon, one of the most important cultural centers of the ancient world. Explore the impressive Acropolis, home to the steepest ancient theater, the Temple of Trajan, and the once-mighty Library of Pergamon. After the end of the tour I have a transfer to Selçuk for overnight accommodation.

Day 5 – Day at Leisure

A full day to do as you please — whether it's resting in Selçuk's serene atmosphere or joining a highly recommended optional tour to Ephesus, one of the best-preserved Greco-Roman cities in the world.

Day 6 – Cappadocia via Pamukkale

Check out in the morning and depart for Pamukkale, home of the breathtaking white travertine terraces formed by thermal springs. Spend the afternoon exploring the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Hierapolis, where you’ll see the ancient amphitheater, Roman baths, and the famous “Cleopatra’s Pool” (Cleopatra’s Pool – optional swim).
As the sun sets over the glowing terraces, board your overnight bus to Cappadocia, the land of fairy chimneys and rock-cut churches (appx. 9 hours ride).

Day 7 - Southern Cappadocia Tour

Arrive in Cappadocia in the early morning and begin your exploration of this surreal landscape. The shuttle transfer will take you to the tour starting point (09.00-09.30)

The day with a walk-in Red Valley, famous for its rocks, capes, local culture, and historical sights. Depending on the season, you may see local people plowing their gardens or harvesting their crops. This walk normally takes 2 - 3 hours. At the end of your walk, you will reach Cavusin Village. Here a spectacular rock castle that once housed everyone in the village is awaiting you. Climbing up on the top of the castle you can see the ruins of Saint John the Baptists, a very large Byzantine church. Walk around the castle and visit some of the homes that were lived in until recently. After lunch, drive to Kaymakli Underground City, one of the best-preserved and most visited Underground Cities in Cappadocia. Continue to Pigeon Valley for a spectacular view of old abandoned cave homes and old Greek houses of Uchisar. After the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel.

Day 8 - Departure

Enjoy the final day of the tour with total freedom – hike through Red or Rose Valley, shop for local handicrafts, or relax in a cave café. You can arrange your departure based on your travel plans: either return to Istanbul via bus or flight or continue your adventure elsewhere in Türkiye.
