Day 1 – Arrival, Marrakech

Upon arrival in Marrakech, you will be welcomed and assisted before departing towards the majestic High Atlas Mountains. The scenic drive unfolds through dramatic valleys, traditional Berber villages, and snow-dusted peaks as you ascend towards Morocco’s renowned mountain region.

Arrival at the lodge or mountain hotel near Oukaïmeden, followed by check-in and time to relax. The evening is at leisure. Overnight in the Atlas Mountains.

Days 2 – 4 - Skiing Africa’s Highest Ski Resort

Days 2-4 are dedicated to skiing in Oukaïmeden, Africa’s highest ski resort, set at over 2,600 meters above sea level. Ski equipment and professional assistance are available at additional cost, allowing both beginners and experienced skiers to enjoy the slopes. For non-skiers, the area offers snow walks, sledging, and scenic terraces with sweeping mountain views.

Day 5 - Marrakech

After breakfast, depart for Marrakech.

Discover the highlights of Marrakech upon arrival to the city. The tour includes visits to the Bahia Palace, the exterior of the Koutoubia Mosque, and the historic Medersa Ben Youssef. The tour concludes at the lively Jamaa El Fna Square and surrounding Spice Market, where storytellers, musicians, and market stalls create an unforgettable atmosphere.

Day 6 - Casablanca

The day begins with a ride to Casabablanca, followed by a guided tour of the city, featuring the impressive Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world, beautifully set above the Atlantic Ocean. Continue through the city’s elegant boulevards and the Habous Quarter, known for its blend of traditional Moroccan architecture and French urban planning. Evening at leisure in Casablanca.

Day 7 - Ifrane & Michlifen

Morning departure and travel north towards the Middle Atlas Mountains, arriving in Ifrane, often referred to as the “Switzerland of Morocco” for its alpine architecture and cedar forests. The journey passes through scenic landscapes and mountain towns before reaching Michlifen Ski Resort, Morocco’s most elegant winter retreat.

Enjoy free time to ski, play in the snow, or relax at the resort’s mountain cafés while surrounded by pristine forest scenery. The evening is spent at leisure in Ifrane.

Days 8 – 10 - Skiing at Ifrane

Skiing in Ifrane, located in Morocco’s Middle Atlas Mountains, offers a charming and accessible winter experience set amid cedar forests and alpine-style scenery. The nearby Michlifen Ski Resort, at an altitude of approximately 2,000 metres, is the country’s most established and elegant ski area, typically operating between January and March, depending on snowfall.

While the slopes are best suited to beginners and recreational skiers, the experience is unique for its setting, relaxed atmosphere, and scenic beauty. Skiing here is complemented by snow play, gentle downhill runs, and cosy mountain cafés, making Ifrane an ideal winter retreat.
